Western Castle is the core area of the town, which integrates castle, theatre, temple and house. Built in Jiajing, Ming Dynasty, it is the most unique and well-preserved "800 Zhuangbao" in ancient Yuzhou. When it was first built, there was only one South Gate, and in the period of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty, there was a North Gate and an additional Erweng City. The castle wall is square in plane with 230 meters long side and tamped with loess. Outside the wall, a horse’s surface was unearthed, about 8 meters high. Fig. 4 is the Tibetan Temple.
