Chicheng Cold Valley Hot Spring 2012 7 North Wei Duo Daoyuan s Notes on the Water Classic.

Chicheng Cold Valley Hot Spring 2012/7
In Yan Daoyuan’s Notes to the Book of Water in the Northern Wei Dynasty, it is recorded that "in the north of Yuyang, there are Tangquan, three hundred miles to Yanjing". Scholars believe that it refers to Chicheng hot spring. Today there are six big springs, namely, the General Spring, the Stomach Spring, the Eye Spring, the Pingquan Spring, the Tracheitis Spring and the Cold Spring. (The name is a bit straightforward)
In the eleventh year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang, Xuanye accompanied her grandmother, stayed here for more than fifty days, soaking in hot springs to treat old cold legs. Emperor Kangxi wrote Hot Spring Travel: & quot; The hot spring water is boiling and clear, and Xianyuan is far from Danshasheng. Bathing in the sun and moonlight, and microwave waves. The square pot warms itself when it is round, and the purple Zhizhu Zhucao grows prosperous in winter. Chongwei Taihe gathers vigor and vitality, and clouds and clouds cover Chicheng. & quot; (Note: Eight years of Kangxi captured Ao worship, twelve to twenty-one years of Ping San Fan, the end of twenty-two years. )
