Architecture on the central axis: the wall, the head gate, the Yimen, the Yayuan, the lobby, the second Hall and the third hall, basically maintaining the original style of the county government. Ertang is the place where Zhixian mediates and handles general cases. Santang is the daily office of Zhixian County, or hearing secret-related cases. The county government did not cross the courtyard alone. Zhixian and its family members and servants lived in the East-West house behind the three halls. It looked very rude. Or maybe the so-called " the official does not repair the government ", honest and clean government is the key.
There is a couplet in Neixiang County Ya of Henan Province, which will deeply write about the official ethics: "Get an official without honor, lose an official without disgrace, don’t say an official without use, the place depends on an official; eat the food of the people, wear the clothes of the people, do not deceive the people, they are the people themselves."
