I’d like to make you dessert ~Yangzhi Ganlu ~Simple ingredients can satisfy a eating heart.~
Yang Zhi Ganlu is a must for dessert shops. In fact, it can be done easily at home. Come and have a try.~
Ingredients: 2 mango, a little grapefruit, 100g sago, 160g light milk, 200g coconut milk
Steps:
1. Cut mango into crucifers, cut into small pieces, and set aside regular mango grains for decoration; peel grapefruit for reserve.
2. Put the cut mango grains and 160g of mild milk into the machine and beat them into mango paste for reserve.
3. Boil water in the pot (water must be more). Pour 100 g of sago into the pot after boiling. Cook over high heat for about 10 minutes until there is a small white spot in the middle of the sago.
4. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and tighten it for 10 minutes until the sago is transparent.
5. Fill the sago rice and rinse it in the prepared ice water. Finally, drain the water and fish it out for reserve.
6. Take a cup, pour in mango paste, add sago and mix evenly. Slowly ladle in coconut milk with a spoon. Put regular mango pieces on it, and finally sprinkle with grapefruit pieces to decorate it.
Milk can’t be replaced directly with milk ~but mild milk tastes better ~No grapefruit can be replaced with other ones.~
