Originally known as "Yanchuan", because the villages are facing endless streams of Qingxi, the villagers hope that future generations will continue for centuries, hence the name. Later, it gradually became known as "Yancun". Fifty-six ancient dwellings built by Qing businessmen are well preserved in the village. (There are always unconscious people in the flowering season)
