To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11’s lunar landing, the US Postal Administration will issue two stamps. One stamp used photographs taken on the moon by Armstrong, the first person to land on the moon. The other stamp had a full-moon photograph showing the location of Apollo 11’s landing on the moon. On July 19, the two stamps will be released at the Saturn V Center at the Kennedy Space Center. Figure Source: U.S. Postal Administration
