The obelisk of Tutmus III is the obelisk of the ancient Egyptian Pharaoh Tutmus III (about 1490 B.C.). It was originally placed at the Kanak Temple in Luxor. In 390 AD, the Roman Emperor Theodosius brought it back to Constantinople and placed it on the Constantinople racetrack (now the Sultan Ahmed Square in Istanbul, Turkey), which is still in good condition. Everyone will pass a square when they go to St. Sophia’s Church in Istanbul. When I went there, when I saw the Chinese delegation, I skipped the high pillar directly. It is of great historical value. It may be the only thing in ancient Egypt standing on the ground in Istanbul.
