The comment area of the last microblog was torn up. It seems necessary to state one’s personal views (which may be biased, please treat rationally):
1. Fishing methods such as tuna longline fishing will inevitably lead to the death of sharks and other species (after all, hooks and nets can not distinguish what should be caught from what should not be caught). Unless all fishing practices are prohibited, it is absolutely impossible to solve the problem of concurrent fishing 100 per cent. What we can do now is to try our best through quota fishing and improved fishing methods. Reducing the possibility of concurrent arrest death, but it is obviously impossible to solve this problem thoroughly.
2. Fisheries fishing activities, including tuna fisheries, I think can achieve sustainable development, through quota fishing, improving fishing methods and other actions can be fully realized, but in view of the current situation, sustainable development still has some resistance and problems, different regions have different provisions, different regions have different species populations, and can not be generalized. The fact that some species are in a global population crisis is another matter, so there is a contradiction between ideal and reality in this topic.
3. Most of the endangered marine species can not be directly blamed on fishermen. Fishermen have certain responsibilities, but fishermen’s fishing behavior is entirely dependent on livelihood. South Asia and South-East Asia are the most serious problems in the global fishing of large sharks. The root cause is that local fishermen are too poor, and developing countries are generally faced with low per capita income and employment difficulties. It should be understood that if there is no demand or a better source of income, the fishermen will naturally not choose to risk their lives to go to sea.
4. The root cause of all actions lies in their own interests. Fishermen mistakenly catch whale sharks because they can sell money illegally, and fishermen will not give up such a chance to make money. Atlantic bluefin tuna is endangered because of the fishing driven by market demand, so in the final analysis, consumers at the top of the trade chain can not resist the blind consumption behavior because of the emptiness. Rong or other reasons for comparative consumption, these actions are not timely boycotted, the problem will never be solved.
5. I do not firmly support the position of one party, nor can I fully affirm that my position must be correct. What we need is to seek common ground while reserving differences. I admit that I have consumed mackerel products. As a consumer, I am personally responsible for the endangerment of mackerel sharks. There is no need to wash land, no need to wash land, no matter for a fisherman. For the author, a science blogger or a high school student. Mobilization insurance is not a matter of cursing on Weibo, forcing others to instill their own ideas can be solved. We are seeking common ground, not to innovate. Everyone should repeat themselves. Don’t be a keyboard swordsman, rational shark protection, this is what we really need.
(The area suffered a large-scale blackout, tonight enough to restore power supply, feel the black effort to write a blog about a high school composition volume, nothing else, only hope that you can understand each other, mutual respect, I do not want to see this commentary area torn up again, the cell phone is running out of electricity, wash and sleep)
