The quadruped robot, weighing about 1 kg, developed by Spacebit, UK, will be carried on the Astrobotic Lunar Falcon Lander to explore the surface of the Moon in July, 221. The mission will be launched using a new Joint Launch Alliance Fire God Centaur Launch Vehicle. If successful, it will be the first quadruped robot to land on other planets.
