The centipede is the world’s heaviest snake and one of the world’s largest snakes. It can grow to more than 6.6 meters. There are rumors that the centipede can be as long as 10.6 meters to 12.2 meters, but there is no reliable evidence to support these claims. Someone offered a $50,000 bonus to anyone who caught a moth longer than 9.1 meters, but so far nobody has won a bonus… Although the Asian web Python is longer than the web python, the web Python is heavier than the web Python and is the heaviest snake in the world.
Some zoologists (including Alfred Russell Wallace and Henry Bates) have noticed that many of the centipedes are reported to be 30 or 40 feet long, but their observations show that the centipedes are not longer than 20 feet, and many of the records and estimates are unreliable. In one reliable case, a geographer killed a moth and used a 4-meter stick to calculate its length. It was found that the moth was three times as long as the stick (12 meters). But the information was not released until many years later, and geographers later thought he might have made a mistake. The moth may be only twice as long as a stick (8 meters). Reptile scholar William W. Lamar recorded a giant female borer in Colombia in 1978, 7.5 meters (24.7 feet) long and weighing 300 to 400 pounds.
