Currently seeking full-time summer interns to help with our heavy deal flow. Interns will be provided with advanced training in the following: building operating models, discounted cash flow valuation, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, M&A and LBO process, pitchbooks and teasers. Interns will be staffed onto 2 live deals and exposed to every aspect of across boarder financing transactions
