Luanhe Spiritual Charm in Guyuan (2) Reconstructed Temple of Transforming Buddha on October 2015

Luanhe River Charm in Guyuan (II) 2015/10
The rebuilt Temple of Transforming Buddha. Originally a cattle and sheep temple in the white banner of Chahar Zheng in the Qing Dynasty, it was built by the Chagan Gushi Lama in the forty-ninth year of Kangxi. It belongs to Tibetan Buddhism and is the "Zhenyuan Temple" on the court plaque. The temple has a converted Buddhist temple, so it is commonly known as the converted Buddhist temple. During the Guangxu period, herdsmen moved northward because of the large-scale reclamation of public and private pastures along Lightning River in Guyuan. The Buddha statue of this temple moved northward to Camel Mountain in Taipu Temple Banner, and then to Huilai Temple in Zhenglan Banner, which was destroyed in the Herd Temple of Silangcheng City in the Cultural Revolution.
