Some whale sharks cross the Pacific Ocean. The Great Blue Shark’s North Atlantic population spans the North Atlantic. The South Atlantic population of the great blue shark swims from the coast of Brazil to the coast of Africa. The real shark with long fins, the ocean lord, is the shadow of freedom in the ocean. It is common to swim a thousand kilometers.
I know that ocean life is very hard – it’s hard to find food, and it’s a dangerous journey, for sharks and plankton alike. But they are happier than farm animals.
I believe that if two long-finned sharks are willing to swim together forever, their romance is to swim 1000 kilometers and 10,000 kilometers. The romance of real sharks with long fins is to travel to the ends of the earth together.
