乐生活Duke of Bevert Family
Duke of Bedford, 11th England, loves animals, especially deer. Since 1898, he has funded 18 elks originally raised in Paris, Berlin, Cologne, Antwerp and other zoos. They are totally purchased and kept in Ubang Temple Manor, 70 kilometers north of London, covering 12.1 square kilometers. These 18 elk are the ancestors of all the elk on earth today. In 1914, when World War I broke out, there were 88 elks in the Ubang Temple and 255 in World War II. After World War II, Duke Bevert XII changed his father’s idea of "pride in keeping the world’s only elk herd" & quot; and presented elk to zoos in major countries.
