Day 8 Anilao
Many people have the same problem when shooting small octopuses in black water — "disappear" magically when shooting the subject, and often turn your camera around at this time, you will find that it may be exploring the "New World"! It’s not easy to get it down in this situation, it takes a lot of effort and skill, so it’s better to be careful when approaching these little guys, and it’s better to keep up with them.
Aunt Su San is writing a new book in Black Water, so when she came across this situation, she called me twice to take some photos for her to record. (Figure II)
Incidentally, when using Nikon 60 micro + SMC, even if the octopus is pasted in the front of the lens, it can still focus normally. (Fig. 1)
By the way, it’s not just small octopuses, but even adult carpet octopuses have the same hobby. However, when they are covered by a huge object of more than one meter, the feeling of pressure on the top of a dark cloud is totally different.
