乐生活Bodhisattva Top of Wutai Mountain, 2012/9
The largest Huang Temple in the mountains is located on the Lingyu Peak on the north side of Xiantong Temple. It covers an area of 45 Mu and has more than 400 palaces and buildings. According to legend, it is Manjusri Bodhisattva Taoist Hall, so it is also called Zhenrong Hospital and Grand Manjusri Temple. Founded in the reign of Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, it was rebuilt many times in successive dynasties. Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong made several pilgrimages to Mount Wutai and stayed at the top of the Bodhisattva.
