乐生活Zhongshan Park, Beijing 2017/2
It’s not intentional to go through here by mistake. I came here once or twice many years ago and I can’t remember it.
It was originally the Social altar of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It was built with the Taimiao along with the ritual of "Zuo Zu Youshe" since the Zhou Dynasty. After Sun Yat-sen died of illness in Beijing in 1925, he parked coffins and held public sacrifices in the garden hall. Therefore, in 1928, it was renamed Zhongshan Park and the Hall of worship was called Zhongshan Hall. The coffins used and the unused crystal coffins were displayed in it.
